One of the most controversial issues in modern society wether having huge elderly people is an issue for government or not. There are some who believe having elderly people is beneficial for government as well as society, where as other says it has some problems. I believe having many elderly people has benefit compared to issues, this essay will outline both advantages and disadvantages.

From an overall perspective, for technical advancement and improvement in health sector our life span has increased, which caused having too many elderly people. The main benefit of having elderly people is their experience. They lived long than us hence they have too many life experience, which will definitely benefited us in future. Most of the time our anticipation ended up wrong, whereas majority of the time their opinion showed true. Additionally, there are responsible for holding cultural heritage and several social norm which symbolize the whole nation. Without having old people we are not likely to know about these legacies. Moreover, since most of them have enough time, they can give a quality time to us(adults) as well as children, which creates outstanding memory. Whenever we feel bored we may go to them and can do some chit-chat to get rid of heavy hustle and bustle from daily stress. Further more, there can play an crucial role for mental support and consultancy when we need that by using their long experience of life and wisdom.

However, there are some concerning point for government for having many old people in nation. People at their last have too many health issue which leads problem for medical sector to tackle and ensure health care for all of them specially for those countries who don't have sufficient medical support. Additionally, old people most of the time are not financially independent. There are some country specially who give old age pension, which causes huge expenditure for government. Moreover, it is very often seen that elderly people are much orthodox, they can't accept new changes some time which lead to a chaos sometimes, when it comes to the topic of opinion.

In conclusion, despite having big amount of elderly people have some silly inconvenience for government, whereas the benefit we get for having generous old experienced people will definitely outweighs the so-called disadvantages.
