One person I know who pursued a career as a doctor is my cousin and great mentor, Mahmuda Apu. She is a dedicated and compassionate individual who works as a doctor, focusing on providing care and making a positive difference in the lives of her patients.

Mahmuda Apu played a significant role in my life long before becoming a doctor. She used to teach me math and physics during my school years, and her guidance made these subjects so much easier and more enjoyable for me. Her patient explanations and encouragement helped me overcome my fears and develop confidence in tackling complex problems. In fact, her mentorship is one of the main reasons I could pursue a career in software engineering, as those foundational subjects became strengths instead of weaknesses for me.

She chose the career of a doctor because of her strong desire to help others and make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Her dedication and passion for learning medicine were evident from the beginning, and she worked tirelessly to achieve her goal.

I feel deeply grateful for her influence on my life and incredibly proud of her career choice. Knowing that she not only excelled in her studies but also helps people every day as a doctor fills me with admiration. Her journey inspires me to work hard and give back in my own way, just as she has done for me and so many others.
