A risk I took that initially seemed risky but ended positively was when I decided to switch my career path. This happened about two years ago when I transitioned from working in a corporate office to starting my own freelance software development business.

I had always wanted to work independently, but leaving a secure job and income was daunting. However, after careful planning and saving for a few months, I decided to take the leap.

Initially, things were challenging—I had to find clients, manage multiple tasks, and sometimes work long hours. But gradually, as I gained experience and built a network, projects started coming in regularly. One big breakthrough was landing a long-term client who appreciated my work and referred me to others.

This risk taught me a lot about perseverance and adapting to new challenges. It felt incredibly rewarding to see my hard work pay off, and I felt more confident and satisfied with my career. Looking back, I am proud of the decision and grateful for the opportunity to grow professionally.
